SHIPPING

Free shipping available on all Canadian orders $49 or more. $10 flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders under $49. Same day delivery available for orders in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), if ordered by 11:00 a.m. local time. 

Jelt orders are processed and shipped same day (GTA) or 1-2 business days from Toronto. Once order is shipped, a confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, please visit our U.S. site at jeltbelt.com. Jelt ships to most countries; however, various international shipping charges, customs, duties, export/import laws and regulations may apply to country and location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Jelt wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your belt size and style. We offer free exchanges within 30-days from the purchase date, on all products ordered through jeltbelt.ca.

Returns will be refunded for the purchase price minus a $7 flat rate shipping and restocking feeReturns must be placed within 30-days from the purchase date. Original shipping will not be refunded. Jelt does not offer free returns.

For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below:

  • Email us with the reason for the return or exchange. Include your name, address, phone number and order number. If it's an exchange, include the preferred size or color.
  • Free Exchanges - Jelt will email you a prepaid mailing label with a printable form to include with your returned belt(s). Once the returned belt is received, the replacement belt will be mailed, at no cost to the customer.
  • Returns - Jelt will email you a prepaid mailing label with a printable form to include with your returned belt(s). Return processing typically takes 3­-5 days after items are received.
  • Once returns are received and processed, the purchase price of the item, minus a $7 flat rate shipping and restocking fee, will be credited to the original form of payment, within 2-3 business days. Note: Original shipping will not be refunded.
  • A confirmation will be emailed, once the return has been processed, or the exchanged item has been shipped.
